This studio is a great asset to Freeport! The teaching is very carefully adapted to all experience levels, and Pat works really hard to help everyone feel affirmed and comfortable. I also recently hosted a private event with YCB, and I highly suggest that as a awesome group activity!
Fantastic studio for beginners as well as those who are more advanced. Fantastic instructors, wonderful products that are local, all natural and diverse available in the lobby as well. You will not be disappointed.
Just completed Exploring Yoga beginners workshop at Your Core Being. Not only were the classes phenomenal and the instructors professional and knowledgeable but we were given a folder that is so above and beyond what I ever expected to walk away with (includes pictures/names of poses, breathing instruction, tons of info).
