Raising rent to $800 a month for a space that barely fits two people. Offering a $300 visa giftcard one time is not enough to keep people here, I'm surprised you haven't figured that out, yet. There is barely any security, only the two nice people that I see at midnight, and the gates are usually broken or left open. It's also very reassuring when I see empty beer cans and broken vodka bottles thrown all over the complex. This really makes it look like you care about academics.
absolutely money hungry company. it's $350 cancellation fee & if they don't find someone to replace your spot, you have to pay rent for a space you're not even living in!!! so wonderful!!! can't wait NOT to refer my friends here!!!
Sterling summit has amazing stuff and are willing to help you with all your needs. Couldn't be happier to be living in such a great community next year! Definitely recommend coming in and getting a tour and signing your lease, you couldn't go wrong!
