They are not letting students out of their leases. My son is home and obeying the Shelter In Place order in California. I am not able to work and cannot afford to keep paying the $729/month rent. He will not be returning and this is definitely a financial hardship for us. We wish they would please consider letting those unable to stay out of their leases. Thank you
Very nice student living spaces.
So far we are not impressed. My daughters room was discussing when she moved in. Carpet hadn’t been cleaned. Not even vacuumed!! Covered in stains, damage, dirt and dog food! Her shower curtain rod was broken and will not stay up amongst other damages. Both her and I have called the office several times with no return call. Very Disappointing!! She is paying for the apartment herself and works very hard both in school and at work. She was looking forward to this new adventure but is now somewhat disgusted. If they can’t make... read more
Rude Rude.. They should Drug Test the Staff. They have to be Addicts that run that place.
Management use to suck, but they are getting better I must say. This place is not worth the money though. All of the furniture in the apartments is super cheap quality and falls apart. Cabinets break, sinks fall through. Just little things hat make me want to get away from this place. They literally changed there name 3 times since I’ve been here and they do it to get away from all the negative reviews it seems like.
