The Constant Struggle as a Youngstown Flats Resident We live in a 1 bed / 1.5 bath with a study. The floor plan is fine, the view is nice, and the cost is tolerable considering hosing costs in Seattle. Youngstown Flats - a decent place to live My husband and I (and our dog) have lived here for one year and will be renting for another year. We rent a ground floor studio unit, and have an entrance directly off the sidewalk. The semi-private entrance is the biggest factor in us staying another year. And we have AC, unlike most of the building. The building is relatively new and has a nice, urban chic design in the public spaces.
