Been coming to this nail salon for about 5 years . The employees and owner are very nice . But what I’m not happy about is when I have a set appointment time that I make 3 weeks out and when it’s time for my appointment day I shouldn’t have to wait 5-10 mins . My sister had an appointment with Ellie but Ellie couldn’t take her because she took another client and only ended up doing my sister designs . They do a really mediocre job with the actual manicure of it all. The way they cut the nails and do the cuticles is veryyy shabby. I have been here a couple of times now as its close to my house, they disappoint every single time. The service is just EXTREMELY terrible. She made my pinky bleed when she was cutting my cuticles & then blamed it on me saying you have dry cuticles.
