Great advertising. Personal follow up was nonexistent after showings. They completely relied on the other real estate agent to submit feedback via the computerized showing program. After we didn't hear for several days, we had to call to get any type of feedback. After closing we were promised a refund (directly from the Young team) of some fees and waited a full month, during that time I made several phone calls to check on the status of the refund & got lots of excuses.
