AWFUL EXPERIENCE FROM THE START. I had two children go for their first dental exams ages 3 and 5. The staff literally held my 3 year old down to try to get X-rays where she was screaming and gagging from having her mouth jammed open. Was told she needed to have some fillings done as soon as can be. The day of surgery they gave out private health care information to someone who was not listed on her release forms.
