He caused one of my teeth he insisted on needlessly filling to get infected and then ignored me for 2 months while the infection raged... long story short, tooth had to be removed. It came out in 3 pieces and black with infection. Cost me a LOT of pain, a lot of time, frustration, $400 and a tooth. Nothing professional about him, no good people skills, accused me of imagining everything and never apologizing for the pain and suffering he caused me, instead accusing me of trying to get a prescription for pain meds. 😡

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Absolutely Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? I made two appointments at this office and never once saw a dentist. I went in person each time and confirmed my appointments with the receptionists. During my first appointment I came in and was told that I had never made an appointment. It was extremely annoying, but I rescheduled anyway. I thought it could have been a simple error. I came in for my second appointment and they again didn't have me down for an appointment. They said a former dentist had taken all the files. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. My care provider may have left this practice. If that is the case I may be looking for a new provider if the established dentist is not taking new patients.
