Great experience! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful especially since they didn't have me down to be seen on the day and time I thought I had an appointment for. I was given an appointment in January for a return visit on July 8th but it was apparently not saved in their system. Rather than me having to reschedule and take time off work again they were able to work me in at the time I had been told my appointment was, saving me more missed time off work and another trip into Tupelo.
Background: Don't like going to the dentist, don't like writing reviews. Today is going to be an exception.... Very professional, competent staff top to bottom-- which seems to resonate from the time you walk in to the time you check out. Everyone seems to know their role, and executes it well. For those of us who get overly nervous at the dentist office, this confidence provides some comfort. The entire staff was amazing! I especially appreciate the amount of focus from everyone to ensure that my dental health was at the top of the list. Great first visit!
This was my first visit to Tupelo Smiles. I must say that this is the best office I have been to considering I've gone through several dental offices. Definitely will be back!
Very Profesional Everyone there was so friendly. It's obvious that the employees love their job. First the receptionist was singing to herself and then the wonderfully upbeat lady attending to me was singing out loud. I love the atmosphere. THANKS.
