My family and I have gone to Tupelo Smiles for 25 years. The staff is great- they are knowledgeable , friendly and accommodating. They seem to stay current with new technology and strive to be the best. I like the new text alerts for appointment reminders. However, they implemented a new check in system with a tablet computer that you can take and sit down to complete. I did not like it- I picked it up and it came apart (it is designed to do so). I will not do that again- I will complete it at the sign in desk unless they ge... read more

they could teach a class in customer service
The environment is relaxed and friendly. I never have to wait. Dr. Kenny explains everything and gets my feedback. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kenny and his staff to anyone who wants good dental service.
