Thank you for the fantastic attention and service! I had a crown detach on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015. It was not painful, as the tooth had a root canal about 10 years earlier. I sent a text message to Dr. Kenny and asked him what to do. Within a very short period of time, Dr. Kenny called my cell phone. Wow! This was a holiday weekend and he was with his family. First visit I went to Tupelo Smiles for the first time yesterday. The staff is great from the front desk with Porche' and Janice greeting you with a smile, to my amazing hygienist Zara that kept me informed throughout the entire process, to Dr. Kenney who is just down to earth, upbeat,and willing to address all of your concerns with recommendations that are suitable for you. Highest quality of service I have ever had at a dentist's office I was so nervous at the beginning of my appointment, and the staff immediately put me at ease. Teresa was the best attendant I have ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and eased my nervousness. The filling I received was totally painless. I would recommend this office over any other.
