I always enjoy ( I can't believe i just said enjoyed ) coming to Tupelo Smiles. Everyone mqkes you feel so welcome. The service is so professional . John Kenney and Richard Caron are superb dentists. I have always had pleasant experiences at Tupelo Smiles. Both Brenda & Dr. Kenney are always super nice. I know that I am being well taken care of as a patient.
I had been searching for a dentist for over a week with no luck. I finally made a post on Facebook asking everyone where the best place to go would be. The response was unanimous. Tupelo Smiles. After my first visit I understood why. They are extremely professional and very caring. The dentists were extremely thorough and they went over all of my options with me. Thank you Tupelo Smiles and Staff!
My great visit started as I walked in the door and was greeted with a genuine smile and heartwarming hello, calling me by name. It continued with Dr. Caron and Shannon being professional as well as personal in my unexpected work-in visit. It amazed me how they had thought of every comfort a patient could want or need - dark glasses, soothing music, Chapstick, even offering a blanket. All this shows how they truly care about their patients and strive to give them the best care possible!
