I liked being able to complete my information before first visit. Everyone told me what was occurring and kept me informed about any wait time.
Always greeted & in a chair in a timely fashion.
I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but the staff at Tupelo Smiles makes the experience less stressful. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient. I had my 6 month old son with me for my last cleaning and they were very helpful and accommodating. If going to the dentist is a must, this is the place to go.

Attention to detail. Both Hygienist & Dr Caron listened to my concerns. Deana (in accounts payable) went above and beyond when helping me navigate the insurance rollercoaster. Office staff was kind and patiently helped me with directions to their office. Dr Caron has the credentials to make the trip from Batesville. Wonderful experience.
Brenda is the BOMB! Knowledgeable and thorough.
