Honestly just a horrible experience. Came because the ER recommended a stress test. After month 4 no stress test. If you have any kind of heart issue go to another office that actually cares about its patients
I would be remiss if I didn’t commend Crystal of your organization. In a time when all Medical facilities are short staffed and patients are becoming more frustrated do to excessive wait times she demonstrates extreme patience and more importantly compassion towards the people she interacts with. My experience with Dr. Zyad Younan was great in Holmdel. BUT, THE OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT DO MUCH to HELP YOU. That is, if anyone bothers to answer the phone. The doctor was recommended. He was thorough, attentive, listened to my history and recommended an MRI. OK. Then gave him my records and the staff was supposed to copy and return it. I finished my appointment, came to the window and Crystal spoke to me briefly. I started to ask her about my records and she walked away. I waited over 5 minutes for her to return. I think Dr.Shaddy and Dr. O'keefe are great at what they do and are very personable and explain everything in language I can understand, but think the staff is the one that need training in bedside manners
