HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! These two doctors and staff are THE WORST. I took my 90yr old mother here after her long time cardiologist sold his practice to The Younan Group. She needed medical clearance for a dental procedure... they kept her waiting for 3hrs in the waiting room and passed her back and forth between the regular cardiologist brother and the so called peacemaker expert brother. we sat in the waiting room, then one patient room, then another and back and forth for 3 hours! Both Dr’s Yunan are amazing physicians. Shady has saved my mom’s life several times after her 5 heart attacks. The office is horrendous. We’ve waited 4 hours in office at scheduled appointments. For 3 days they told me (after waiting 45 min on the phone each time) that a critical prescription was called in for my mother. It never was. The weekend came and she was without this medicine for 5 days.
I have to agree with everyone else that the lack of office staff makes the practice a mess. They keep saying it's lack of staff help, well, then pay the people working there more. They recently merged with Hackensack, and say that will fix the issue, but there has to be a reason they can't retain staff, and I've heard it has something to do with how they are managed. Avoid this office at all costs.
These are the two worst doctors that I ever came across. I had a watchmen put in December 2025 April 2026 they said that the watchmen had a hole in it and it had to be repaired so I would still have to be on my Warfarin until it was fixed, My husband and I had a meeting with both doctors and they said they will take care of it as soon as possible and that was September 2026. it is now going to be April. 2027 a year, and my watchmen still isn’t fixed. somehow the office could never schedule me to get it fixed.
