Used to be great. Now they have completely gotten rid of every single bit of weight training machines. Thankfully there are still free weights but now instead of machines there are just a bunch of kettlebells and pull up bars. I mainly use the free weights but they clearly didnt study their demographic if they thought this was a good idea. This will probably tank this location. Hope the Kennesaw location doesn't go this brain dead
You shouldn't have removed the main fitness equipment and replaced it with crossfit items which appeal to a more limited client base. I've canceled my membership and (as predicted) the staff told me a lot of customers have a well. What a shame. Bad corporate decisions.
You Fit Alpharetta has a helpful and friendly staff...trainers that are knowledgeable and care...a very clean facility and overall comfortable ambiance. Everything needed for a great workout😊
So Steve Davis is a joke of a manager to start with, he had an associate tell me and my girlfriend that we could do a joint membership for $199 annually. He then proceeded to tell us that we have to come together but that “once they got to know me” I would be able to go solo. We were shown no policies, rules, etc on this but when I came alone they denied me and then decided to show me the “fine print.” They should be held totally accountable for this screw up and they did nothing in return to fix the situation - to make it w... read more
Annoyed that the staff turns off the music, tv and fans a full 30 minutes before closure time Come on folks, that's disrespectful of your clients
