I am so fed up with this location and the lack of communication to their members regarding the shutdown and/or a possible re-opening. Meanwhile the monthly payment drafts have not stopped. I’ve sent emails requesting information, requesting a refund for the months the gym has been closed and also requesting a freeze on my account until the gym reopens and have yet to get any sort of communication. I haven’t had any issues with this particular gym, except for the high turnover in personal trainers, but I think that’s normal for every gym. However, today I show up at 5am and is now 5:13am and the gym is not open yet. It’s supposed to open at 5am after they got rid of the 24hr schedule. Disappointed, I know that it happens (I’m sure the employee who was supposed to open overslept, but man, it’s still not cool). Also, it would be great if the gym would get a couple of hack squat machines and at least one more leg press.
