Beyond hate it. My advice is. Unless you want your card charged for no reason don't go here. They charged my card for 25 dollars and refuse to give it back even though I've shown numerous bank statements and everything. They don't have a accurate scale and it's just not worth your money. Planet fitness would be you best best or any gym besides this one
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally the WORST gym ever! The service here is ridiculous. Mike the manager can't bother to answer your calls or return your calls for that matter. Let's not even talk about Dallas the training director here who is just as bad. This place is a joke! Don't bother going to this gym they are just going to take your money and run. Decent equipment. All new Cybex, so it definitely does the job. Staff is a little weird on "rules." I get in trouble my gallon of water but yet we have people running around without shirts in the morning. One lady runs around in her bikini. I may start doing that, just to see what they say. The trainers seem typical to a franchised gym. All based around a computer program, a couple seem to have their heads about them.
