Customer service SUCKS! I've called and spoken to the manager, Victor, a couple times per month since I cancelled my membership back in May!! Who did I cancel it with? VICTOR! I have a signed document from him cancelling my membership and my kids zone. Yet, I still get charged even though he says it's been cancelled and charges will be reversed. Never happens. I had to file fraudulent charges with my bank to finally reverse the charges. They are great and helpful when you sign up, but GOOD LUCK CANCELLING!
Great so far. Not crowded. No one bothers you. Open 24hrs a day Mon through Friday. Walk in Work out Go eat... perfect...
I just switched from another gym because this facility has so much more to offer! Pool, sauna, classes, and I personally love the Netflix room. Oh wait, and a daycare?! Take my money! Haha
Awesome environment, staff members willing to help and have a lot of knowledge in health and wellness. Very Clean facilities, and a cardio movie theater😍
CRIMINAL, this gym is a nightmare. They took $500.00 of my money for training I never received, and then after I made a claim, they still kept it. I was told I would only have 9 months of training and then it would be done, but they kept taking my money even after then for training I never received. Stay far from these people.
