Signed up to come on eves and week ends. Close early on Week ends not explained to me and no Eve swim classes so waste of money for me
RecommendedIt’s a nice gym and everyone is very friendly. I just wish they would have someone going around to see if we need help or any questions. I joined but I use treadmill n few of the equipment Wish they would explain more of the excercises they have I am paying to use everything in the gym which I don’t cause I need more info Senior that doesn’t know how to move the bars or seat. Lol

I think there should be more high back bikes. I’m older and need the support. No matter when you come they are full. Young people like them too so why not get more and less treadmills. There are plenty of them. One works part time so only 3 work. More high back bikes would please me.

Staff and instructors make all the difference in the world. Everyone at this location is so friendly, helpful and engaging. Shout out to Michelle at the front desk and instructors Marie, Michelle, Kristen and Mindy!
