I was promised my children’s “yearly fee” would be $10 instead of $50 but they still debited me the $50 per child. I can’t even get ahold of anyone through phone call or email to resolve this. Also, I have now tried to cancel all 4 of our memberships but once again can’t get ahold of anyone and they did 4 debuts this month when the gym isn’t even open!
They closed during COVID-19 and still kept charging everyone. I tried, I mean REALLY tried to reach out to them. I had to freeze those payments to hell with these people. Vultures.
Awesome health facility with a pool and sauna. Excellent staff and trainers. Spacious locker rooms and showers. Thumbs up!
Amazing Club - has everything
Clean and no shortage of equipment are two of my biggest necessities in a gym and they got em both covered! Overall great place!

It’s works if YOU work it
Average age of gym members (including me) is over 50. The front desk crew of 20 something’s select the music, it is always rap, heavy metal, or techno club music. Have mentioned it to at least three employees and none seem to care. It’s very loud n the locker room. Also they never clean around the pool, same used bandaids in the same position for at least three weeks. But what can you expect for under $200 a year.
