by being transparent and refunding my money
They I have been taking money out of my bank account, even though Cove Ed has forced closures. I'm now told that they are not opening again and everything has been removed from the gym. I can't find a way to connect with anyone I want a refund I will be talking to my bank and filing whatever is necessary to recoup my expenses if no one responds
Youfit could've reached out to their members before they shut down the Flower Mound, TX club. How are we supposed to cancel our membership if no one is in the club? Garbage
The Flower Mound location closed without ever notifying their clients. The building is empty and the equipment is gone. I will be formally cancelling my membership in the morning to ensure they do not collect anymore dues. Great way to run a company, NOT.
Our local YouFit has been completely emptied out. No notifications to members at all. Very unprofessional.
They were stringing everyone along saying that they were preparing to reopen and “making everything safe.” The gym has been cleared out, no signage, no equipment, nothing! Last week they assured me that they were getting ready to reopen while in reality they were closing down. I’m sure they’ll try to charge us for June as well 🙄
Still being charged dues while the club is shut down. I have exhausted all methods of contact with the company and have not been successful in talking with anyone. I should have stayed with Lifetime Fitness...

During the Covid-19, they continue to do auto drafts, with the facility closed. I have tried to cancel and can’t. What a rip off...so typical of gyms though.
