This company still owes me money for their error. Management is aware that one of their representative were don't "funny business" with customers, fired him but refused to pay back any of the money that was stolen from their customers.
This gym has really awesome customer service and trainers. My only real main issue with it is the fact that they won't let you use the class room to work out in...BUT people go in there all the time at night but when you ask they say no. The two areas that are designated for floor workouts are actually more walkways than anything. Maybe you all should consider that people like privacy when your butt is up in the air on a ball, also people who are new to working out and being murdered by a trainer probably don't wanna be on d... read more
Disappointed mainly because customer service was so poor. WiFi doesn't work nor does the sound for TV. The guy at the counter could care less. Nothing like being ignored. Paid $10 to cancel. What a rip off!
Excellent gym!!!! :-) I would recommend this gym to anyone. Plenty of equipment to use no waiting.
Great gym! States of the art equipment with an professional staff.
