Great location friendly and clean environment just wish it was 24 hours
I am currently being threatened to have my membership revoked due to discreetly using chalk while deadlifting. Today I am suppose to dead 445 3x5 not sure how I am suppose to main grip without chalk. The GM claims this policy: Members are not allowed to bring in their own workout apparatus prevents me from using chalk. However that would mean no one can use gloves or a lifting belt.
It's a nice gym, with great staff. Friendly and always polite
