I attended the Silver Sneakers class, which are very good. After the class you will feel you have worked out.
I had great workout with Toni for starters ... felt challenged and very encouraging... gym is well equipped
It's an awesome place to work out not a lot of confusion and a lot of people that are on staff are always willing to assist. I've lost over 50 pounds by being at Youfit thanks to the staff for their friendly welcoming daily.
This gym is my haven. I don't worry about who's around me I just work.
I've not been to a club in a while and was surprised at how modern (spacious), clean and quiet it was. The staff showing me around was knowledgeable and health and people oriented. I was impressed and will be utilizing them as my main club.
