Clean and organized..friendly staff..and I get to attend the center with my Son as A guest for the duration of his membership�
The staff are always so friendly and approachable. The coaches do not hesitate to answer any fitness questions whether it is about how to use a machine or the efficiency of a particular exercise. I always feel comfortable when I workout here.
Great place great people good environment everything you want Nd need in a gym great locations as well
I just joined 2 weeks ago but I like it. The classes are enjoyable and there are a lot if stair steps, treadmills, etc I like that you can watch TV while your walking on your own machine and not have to be a slave to sports or whatever. Everyone seems nice and I can do my thing without feeling like I'm being watched.
I So love This Gym. We're in Southaven Twice a Month. We have our Own Gym in Jackson Miss. This is Our Home Away From Home...
I love this place. The people are so friendly and the staff are really nice and helpful. The facility is always neat and clean...I enjoy every workout.
