I love YouFit if you haven't tried it you should a great place to work out very friendly an personal staff!!!
Not your typical gym. The atmosphere is great. People are there to exercise not to socialize and you are not paying for things you will never use like the other gyms.
I'm really enjoying this. Too many co-ed gyms seem more like a meat market. Youfit is nothing like that. I am a very large woman just starting and I don't get funny looks and everyone there is very nice.
I'm just starting out so it is easy to feel intimidated. Cody at the Southaven location has been very helpful when I've asked questions! He always greets me by name and it is very encouraging! Good job Cody!
