Salon used to be clean and staff super friendly. Now salon is dirty...the front desk staff is rude and indifferent and the free weights are not racked and there are way too many people for the machines they have. It USED to be my go to gym. Not anymore...looking for a new gym.
I go to the coconut grove gym in Miami. The gym has constant issues with air conditioning and the answer is always some form of blaming 'corporate'. Mr. corporate, whoever you are, can you please write back to me to resolve our issues. The local people and the general manager (Michelle Sosa) is unable to help. Today I go to they gym at 7.15 and the lights and AC are off to save money. Apparently corporate did that. The gym officially closes at 8pm.
