How are you going to keep charging us during covid 19 when the gym is closed ? What sense does that make?
When I moved away they made it very difficult to cancel. A certified letter must be sent requesting cancellation. really?
Youfit is a great place with nice staff but they won't cancel your membership and harass you after being told it was canceled multiple times for payment. I was told twice that my account would be canceled but it was never canceled. I'm not paying for staff incompetence. I haven't been here in half a year and live across the country but no one is willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead push it onto the customer. Whoever is working the front desk right now is so rude! He slammed down the phone after I asked a question. Also, why should I have to come in to the gym in person to cancel? I moved away so therefore I need to cancel 🤷♀️ now I have to make a whole trip just to cancel my membership? What? “Can I do it online” I asked and he responded, “no” I said, “okay, thank you” and he slammed down the phone.
I like the friendly staff and how generally quiet it is and the clientele.
Recommendedthis is a great Club to workout at! It's always clean. Even though it's busy there's always a treadmill or a machine that you're wanting to work out on available. everyone should come here!
