Great place to workout and the staff are very friendly. I'm actually have a great time at the gym at lease 4days a week. However, you guys need to add at least one or two forward pedaling elliptical machines. Seems like all the elliptical machines are backward/reverse pedaling.

My friend invited me today, but I'm going back to register on Friday. The staffs are really nice and helpful. And it's really cheap too. I'm glad I found this place.

I love it, the hours are great! Staff very friendly. The cost to join are among the best. No contract!!! Only 10.00 per month. Very convenient location.
