I really enjoy this gym. I love the classes that I take there, especially the ones with Bennie. My trainer is the best Cory, I tell everyone about this location. Great staff!
I usually go at least 3xs a week. I feel like it could be better managed. Really need to make sure staff is trained to tell you about their promotions. The sign was up about 3 sessions with a personal trainer but the young lady was clueless. Staff need not to come around cleaning machines with Cologne on that was overwhelming..... make sure people are there to work out and not sitting on machines that you are waiting for while they are on Facebook... I went in to work out today and had my child with me, whom I've brought with me on several occasions previously. A rude female named Caitlyn told me that she was not going to cancel my membership until I paid a cancellation fee and a final payment due to be drafted from my account within the next few days. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay anything because of Caitlyn's rude demeanor and the staff who worked at the front register who also thought the situation was amusing. I love going to Youfit. It's always clean and way to do my workout my way. Not crowded in the mornings.
