I have had positive experiences before but unfortunately not this last time. Store moved locations and I was never notified, staff unable to find my items when I finally tracked them down. I was told my items would be ready at least 3 times the following day and never were. When picked up, one item was ruined with the wrong color and even though I wasn't charged my outfit was ruined. The initial visit went so well, I took her 10 hats and had requested Hornets in Kelly Green on the lower left side. She stated absolutely no problem I do hats like that all the time. Then today she sends me this picture with no explanation. So I replied is this the best it can get and she calls and said yes. I tell her I will just come get the others after she tells me this hat is ruined and does not offer to replace the cost of the hat. No apologies nothing just that she would wait for me to get there.
