I was told my items would be ready in a week 3 weeks ago. When they weren’t ready at the first week they told me they’d be ready in one more week. Then it was impossible to get ahold of them. They weren’t ready on the second finish date they gave me then they gave me a third date. I waited 2 days after the third finish date to call them to ask if they were finished only for them to finally tell me they haven’t even started them and don’t know when they will. Thank you to You Name it! I had a Christmas Stocking to finish and another embroidery place totally messed it up! But - You Name It saved the day with perfection and in time for me to complete my stocking for Christmas! From now on, You Name It will be my first ‘Go To’! I have bought shirts several times custom shirts with lots of pretty details and I have bought a backpack for my son embroidered with his name and several facemasks and I have yet to be disappointed. these ladies do wonderful work and it is not an arm and a leg pricing. you should really check them out
They have always done an amazing job on all my uniforms. Highly recommended to all first responders and military.
