They make you feel like family. Been doing business with Kris for 8 yrs, never been disappointed. They are fast and do an amazing job!! Love them.
Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Will never use them again. Quoted me one price then when I went in for pick up was charged an additional $150 dollars. Very unapologetic and did not seem to care that I was upset about it. Did not care to even try to make it right. I had the quote in writing and it it didn’t matter.

You name it is my go to place for monograms! They have monogrammed towels , backpacks , bags, pajamas, and more for me. They have also taken out a monogram on one of my bags and replaced it with my monogram instead. Chris is so sweet and every time I go (no matter how packed it is) she always gives me my full attention on what i would like! I Definitely recommend you name it (some work they have done down below)
Last minute order and just an image of our font and they were able to embroider 2 hats. Fantastic service!
