CJ went above and beyond with getting me in for a last minute 120 min session during the week. I was traveling through Birmingham on business and found here via google. She tuned right in and was able to thoughtfully craft a personalized session to address my aches and pains. I woke up today feeling brand new! Some of the best body work I have had in a long time! So thankful for her and the amazing, healing gift she shares!

CJ is absolutely amazing. She’s so kind and professional. She caters to what each individual needs by sending an intake form to learn more about their body. I love her and will recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a massage customized for you rather than just any generic massage.

I have had massages on the past, but I have not had a massage therapist evaluate me and give me stretches to do to help my body. It was a great experience l, and I will be returning.
