We had reservations for 6:00 pm and were seated 25” later without an explanation, an apology, or any thing. It wasn’t even suggested that we could go to the bar to wait... Our waitress was attentive: however; didn’t really listen or comprehend my cocktail order as I specifically requested an Americano cocktail and not the coffee drink. Brought my co-workers here for a company dinner. First time for all of us, and I have to say the food was amazing! Everyone was very happy with their meal. I had the big Nebraska Ribeye, “Chicago style” with veggies. The steak was perfect! It rivals a steak from Jocko’s (between Santa Maria and Pismo), and that’s saying something! The creme brûlée cheesecake was SO GOOD! My only complaint would have been that they sat the five of us in a booth, and I think a table would have been better. I love Yosemite Ranch. We've been there three times, and had great experiences each time. Service has been very good, and the food consistently excellent. A great value for the price, too. What should you order? Take your pick, everything is delicious. Oh, but those short rib fries...
