I have lived here over 25 years. I really cannot complain about this place. If there’s something that I need fixed in the apartment, Josh Our manager responds very quickly. He is very accommodating if I choose someone to be in my home when someone Will be working in my apartment. I don’t believe I’ve ever waited more than a day to get things done in my place. He is excellent and really cares.. Thank you, Josh!!!
Beautiful and high quality renovations! Management was really helpful throughout the move-in process and is always quick to respond to requests and make fixes.
I've been living here with my partner for two years and we really love it. The common areas are clean and well-maintained (weekly gardening and cleaning). There are 3 picnic tables, a dog park, many trees and I believe every unit comes with a garage. My unit has washer/dryer but there's also some available for everyone if needed. The management is on top of everything and our super Josh is really kind and responsive. We always feel very safe and we're far enough from the street that it's very quiet. I enjoyed living here over the years, particularly the mix of new and old angeleno neighbors. Josh is a fantastic property manager, highly engaged in the community and very responsive.
My family have been tenants here for over 5 years. Great neighborhood and great gated community. Very quiet and peaceful. Property manager Josh very attentive to the property and has good communication with us when we have issues.
