My wife and I have lived here for over 14 years, and a big part of why we’ve stayed is because the community is great, our neighbors are even better. It also does not hurt that Josh (Property Manager) is easy to reach, communicates clearly, and makes us feel like he’s available whenever we need him. Anytime we’ve had an issue, he responds quickly and gets things taken care of without any hassle. It’s rare to have a property manager who’s this consistent and this reliable. I have lived here over 25 years. I really cannot complain about this place. If there’s something that I need fixed in the apartment, Josh Our manager responds very quickly. He is very accommodating if I choose someone to be in my home when someone Will be working in my apartment. I don’t believe I’ve ever waited more than a day to get things done in my place. He is excellent and really cares.. Thank you, Josh!!!
Beautiful and high quality renovations! Management was really helpful throughout the move-in process and is always quick to respond to requests and make fixes.
I've been living here with my partner for two years and we really love it. The common areas are clean and well-maintained (weekly gardening and cleaning). There are 3 picnic tables, a dog park, many trees and I believe every unit comes with a garage. My unit has washer/dryer but there's also some available for everyone if needed. I enjoyed living here over the years, particularly the mix of new and old angeleno neighbors. Josh is a fantastic property manager, highly engaged in the community and very responsive.
