Leaky roof? Check. Outdated everything? Check. Basement/garage floods when rains? Check. Black mold prominent in the basement? Check. Gross, decades old carpet? Check. Half the outlets don't work? I would not recommend, management does not respond to maintenance requests (often just canceling them) or it takes months to get the request resolved. Maintenance has come in and taken our carbon monoxide detector and never replaced it until we put in a request. We did not get the apartment in a good or clean condition and are still waiting on issues put on the move-in inspection form and other mulitple requests to be completed. Rated this a 5, but I moved across the street to Yorktown Estates 4 months ago. There is a big difference between the two from price, quality, & amenities. Go to the website as too many to list now. Awesome hott bfast buffet incl M-F, saltwater pool & very pet friendly are 3 reasons so glad moved here.....along w/great caring staff!
