Great place. The cost is lower than most. The apartments are up to date. The utilities are so cheap. Very safe and quiet place next door to a daycare school. Trees around it with huge yard. Carport and garage and some unit have washer dryer hookups so no laundry mat. Been here 8 years
don’t understand the bad reviews. Haven’t had any issues, neighbors are somewhat quiet. Maintenance so far has been quick and easy. Much better than my previous apartment owned by a management group and much cheaper.
