Honest review...I resided at YoNo for over a year. I signed a 16-month lease for a studio apartment. The apartment was ok. I had hardwood floors, large closets, and the kitchen was updated. During the first few months of my tenancy, I enjoyed the nice fragrance and the soft jazz that would play as you waited for the elevators. It was such a welcoming vibe. This is not a FAKE FIVE STAR review. I called the leasing office and was responded to immediately by an leasing agent named Anabel. She explained the process from start to finish. I already know the process of renting an apartment and what is needed. She STILL explained it to me. I learned a long time ago about reviews on the internet. She "ASKED ME" what I want to do as far as moving forward and moving in. There was no pressure. She told me what is available. Roaches. Infested they have the rooms where you throw away your trash in every hallway on every floor and there are roaches coming from all of them . Homeless ppl use the stairs as a hotel and bathroom. It’s not letting me attach photos but I literally have pictures of the 9th floor covered in piss. Leasing office will lie to your face with a smile.

Let’s start with the fact that every five star review is FAKE!!! I will continuously update my review to assure people see the real yono. Every time you renew your lease they jump up the price of your rent. The studio apartments ARE NOT worth the amount they’re charging. Especially not in this horrible neighborhood. They have roaches and do nothing about it. They haven’t brought in an exterminator in many months. I don’t know how many times I put in a request for one to come and they never did.
