Every time you renew your lease they jump up the price of your rent. The studio apartments ARE NOT worth the amount they’re charging. Especially not in this horrible neighborhood. They have roaches and do nothing about it. They haven’t brought in an exterminator in many months. I don’t know how many times I put in a request for one to come and they never did. Marquisha Brown was very professional, courteous,compassionate, and also dependable. She made sure that I got residency within A 30 day window. I was miserable at my old residence. She made sure I was accepted, and my paperwork was done on an expedited manor. I love her kindness for the York House Community. I want her to be here as long as she can, but she should be given a promotion or Raise, or Bonus!
Don't come here, I have been here for 5 months and todayi find out they towed my car 2 days ago, with no notice. I did not pay for parking because I didn't know I had to. No one let me know the car was gone, so now I have storage fees. And the woman who works in the off ice is a BS artist. In order for you to get help from her you have to know exactly what questions to ask because she volunteers nothing.
I love it here! The leasing team is awesome and patient. My studio is beautiful and the maintenance gets things done really quickly which makes a real difference for me!
