Let’s start with the fact that every five star review is FAKE!!! I will continuously update my review to assure people see the real yono. Every time you renew your lease they jump up the price of your rent. The studio apartments ARE NOT worth the amount they’re charging. Especially not in this horrible neighborhood. Hello! I’m a resident at York North Apartments and there's been ongoing issues surfacing pest infestations throughout the whole apt building, so don't believe the hype about anything regarding their persuasion for trying to make you lease here. There are literally roaches sleeping with you. Ex: I had an active roach on my bed frame before going to sleep one night.
