The service department was outstanding. Took care of me right away. Waiting room was nice even though I did not have time to get comfortable cause they had my car done so fast. Staff was awesome!
Stay away from KIA York, PA KIA York, PA epitomizes why people hate the car shopping experience. Avoid KIA York, PA if you want a good car but don??t want a negative buying experience (Outright lies and Bait-and-Switch). We negotiated the car price and terms with Clint Shultz (Sales) but then when it came down to signing the papers, everything changed when we got into the office of Craig Davis (Finance Manager). The worst experience ever! We are loyal Mitsubishi owners....and I have never in my life had a worse experience then with this dealership and their internet sales manager Chad tanner. Was promised a car was in "perfect" condition before I drove 7.5 hours to get there and when we arrived the car was so scratched up inside and out, it looked like they let a wild cat loose inside and the outside was scratched head to toe. most unfriendly! I went here for an estimate a few years ago. The woman who I talked to about the estimate was worse than my hubby in the morning before his coffee. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or what, but she was REALLY unpleasant. I went again not too long ago with a friend for another estimate, and got her again. I would NEVER go here, nor would I recommend it to anyone else if she is still there. Beware if you need an estimate and happen to go here.
It's okay I suppose Overall I had a positive experience buying a used car here. The salesman were nice, upfront, and moved swiftly to complete my transaction.
