I called for an emergency visit and they made time for me ASAP. Superior service!
The atmosphere is ALWAYS very professional and I appreciate the tidy waiting room. I waited but a few minutes and was called be my hygienist, Misty. She greeted me very warmly and introduced the young lady who was shadowing for the day. After a few welcoming remarks and exchange of what's new, we started. It seemed only a few minutes before the doctor arrived for the examination. He was very cordial and thorough. Then Misty wrapped everything up and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled on my latest visit. Dr. Kasunich and her assistant were very knowledgable to my needs and kept the pain minimal practically next to no pain at all. It was much easier than I thought it would be as I was very nervous about getting this tooth filled. Next time I won't be so nervous if I would need to have this done again. Thank you to Dr. Kasunich and your assistant.
We always get great service at 1447 Dental Associates. All the hygienists are wonderful and so is the office staff!
I am anxiuos to say the least when it comes to dentist but from the time I walked in the office I was treated with the utmost profeesioanlism and courtesy. I was made at ease by the entire team and we discussed several options for my treatments, I left with no questions unanswered and with a solid game plan moving forward.
I have always received excellent service at 1447 Dental Associates. Vicki Crispo is a wonderful hygenist and Dr. Puglese is wonderful as well. Keep up the great work. I go back to when Dr. Leiphart and Dr. Hess started this practice and my mother was Dr. Leiphart's assistant for 25 years. They should be proud of what they started and the great tradition of fine dental care that has continued.
