Very professional. Gentle. My only complaint is that are a non-participating dentist with my insurance.
The actual dentist cleaned my teeth at my first appointment! This was great! I loved the fact that the staff has been together so long. It was comfortable and my teeth looked great. Appointment scheduling could not have been easier! I recently moved and think I've found my new dentist. No pressure, lots of answers, no hard sells. I like that.
I have always had a great experience with each visit. The staff is very friendly and conducts the visits in a very professional manner. My visit today was for a regular check up and cleaning. My appointments have always been on time. I never feel like I am rushed. I am comfortable and pleased with the service.

Not sure that a teeth cleaning is ever "great", but the quality of service is high
Dr.Kausnick was kind enough to get me in for an appointment first thing the next morning. I arrived on time and they took me back immediately. Both Jen and Doctor greeted me and examined my tooth..Within 25 minutes I was done, Dr. Kausnick is very kind and skillful.. I would highly recommend their services to anyone..
