RecommendedEmergency service was great. Staff was compassionate and caring. Fees were reasonable for emergency services. Beware when using CARE credit as they do not offer the no interest promotions like other vet offices do, if your bill is over $1000. My regular veterinarian offers it for all transactions, so I was not aware until I got my statement.
Awesome service. Our puppy was stung by a bee or something & he swole up. They took us back quick & he is recovering nicely.

They saved my little man from a bad reaction to a bee sting. The dr and staff were wonderful and got him right in. I highly recommend.

Phone operators are rude and condescending. This is an unfortunate take away from in person staff who is not this way.
They are so very compassionate and even though it was only a cut too short nail bleed, they took care of her at no charge plus gave me some extra blood stop powder in case I need it - all at no charge. I love them...
Great staff. Friendly, helpful and caring.
Many incidents with this clinic, and we will BOT ever use them again. 1). Consistently make you sit in the parking lot for 30-60 minutes both when you arrive and when you pick your pet up. I get that Covid has complicated the intake and release process, but sitting in your car for an hour after the scheduled appointment, not acceptable. 2) they failed to accurately diagnose our cat with feline herpes (very common feline condition), resulting in our cat nearly losing his eyes and a very expensive trip to an ophthalmic special... read more

Our first Emergency Services visit was great when we needed to take our dog in at 4 a.m. due to face & tongue swelling from a possible bite/sting. Even with the COVID-19 social distancing protocol in place (we had to stay outside in our car throughout the entire visit), the staff was warm, caring, and very professional.
