My family and I have had a blessing to have meet Rubi !!!!! Unfortunately Sisa has gone to heaven, the doctors did all that can be done and everyone was helping her. Rubí went out of her way not only for Sisa but also was compassionate with my family in this hard situation.... I will forever be grateful to Rubi !!!!! I also want to Thank the other nurses and staff that assisted.
Is a fantastic animal hospital it really cares about you and your pets. My most recent visit was to have a long term pet of mine put down for severe illnesses. Mother was very heartbreaking on myself in the family… The staff at Yorba regional animal Hospital very calming. we"ve been taking our pets here for over 15 years. staff is always kind and professional, Dr. Matsura is our doc if choice but we've seen many there and always have a great experience!
Dr. Hong and her techs are wonderful. She is very good with making our dog feel comfortable and is very caring. She is always doing what is best for our dog. Her techs are great with our dog too. I would recommend Vca Yorba regional. They care and are knowledgeable and are always there to help. We will not go anywhere else. We drive 45 minutes each way and it's worth it. the staff when you enter always makes you feel welcomed too.
The staff at Yorba Regional are all so friendly and professional! It was my first time bringing in my kitties and I will definitely be coming back!
Everyone is very friendly, dr explained everything very good. I have been bringing all of my dogs here. I just wished they were a little less expensive specially when your dog is very sick and needs long term care and medication.
