RecommendedI have been a patient of Dr Barker for almost 35 years. I am happy for his future in retirement, sad for me. I get to break in a new doctor. The group, as a whole, has always been of the best quality. I have noticed the changes since Caduceus has taken over from Yorba Linda Family Physicians. Some better, some questionable. I will stay with Caduceus and hope that I will find a doctor of equal caliber to Dr Barker. I have become accustomed to not waiting, personal attention and great communication. First of all when you call to schedule an appointment nobody answers the phone. It rings an rings. And the staff at Family Physician are not friendly. Their customer service sucks. They need to learn how to welcome you to their office. And you don’t get the smell day appointments, they send you to urgent care. I hate that.
I have had nothing but a run around with these ppl. heck I just was on hold for 25min which 24 of those min they just pick the phone up when I was calling and didn't say anything and place me on hold somebody finally came on about 24 minutes later to say can you please hold. but the whole reason for my call is this company needed my whole medical file for me being on medication to clear me to go back to work I have sent in multiple forms to show proof of having a prescription for my meds and each form they would not accept o... read more

Im not thrilled with this medical center It’s extremely hard to get in to see an actual doctor when you need one. Usually min 3 week wait. Not practical if you are miserable and in pain. Sure go to urgent care next door where you can wait around min 1 hour even when no one is in the waiting room? Only to be seen by a PA or very new dr that is most likely going to recommend you see your reg dr!
