Horrible customer service and horrible doctors. They never return your calls, and when you try to make a virtual appointment they are always late and then they cancel on you at the last minute. Their so called fake doctors like Amenda Bay or whatever her name is. She doesn’t know anything and she’s useless. Not sure how she became a doctor because she was not even able to read my blood work results lol. I had a horrible experience with her and Daniele they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Thankfully, I have not had Covid; but I believe it's because I was carefully guided and treated by John Sanguedolce, MD. When I "thought" I might have symptoms he quickly ordered the appropriate tests, etc. did not waste time, and gave me the direct guidance, allowing me to make sure I would continue to stay healthy. The entire staff is quick, sensitive to your needs, they don't waste time or try/direct you to just "bill" or try to exaggerate a condition. God bless them.

I was a new patient today at the Irvine location! I was so pleased with all of the staff there❤️ They were all very helpful, and I would definitely recommend Cadusus💯
I made an appointment for a physical in the Yorbalinda office and I was advised there was a mistake made so I was going to be seen by Nurse Nichole Rogers in Urgent Care. Well I’m glad that mistake was made, she was fast but yet informative and I understood everything she told me! I think physicals are pretty basic, you don’t get much info from Dr. and they don’t ask much. I always feel like I’m just another patient, Nichole made me feel like she cared! Thank you Nichole Rogers 🙏🏼
I like this practice. Sad my Dr. is retiring but his replacement seems great so far.
Such a disappointing experience. No call back, no follow up, ridiculously long hold times (like 45 minute hold time to get a human being on the phone). They send you out for a bunch of tests, and then don’t give you the results. I’ve heard good things about Caduceus, and am a long-time Laguna Beach resident. After my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor. It appears that they are putting profit before patient wellbeing.
Have been a long time patient. Always a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Hall, for your great care over many years. Had my first “video/mouse” call last evening.....thank you PA Jeff for your thorough and kind manner.....I really appreciate you listening to my concerns and coming up with the perfect plan! And I don’t want to forget the support staff.....you are all wonderful.....thank you for all you do!
