RecommendedI like this practice. Sad my Dr. is retiring but his replacement seems great so far.
Such a disappointing experience. No call back, no follow up, ridiculously long hold times (like 45 minute hold time to get a human being on the phone). They send you out for a bunch of tests, and then don’t give you the results. I’ve heard good things about Caduceus, and am a long-time Laguna Beach resident. After my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor. It appears that they are putting profit before patient wellbeing.

I have been a patient here for many years. The doctors are great but the problems arise when you need something done. They rarely answer the door phone. There is poor communication between doctors and staff.
