The real-estate agent misrepresented the agreement when we looked at a home. We tried to cancel the agreement and the owner wouldn't allow it unless we got our new agent to sign off on 25% (commission)of a future home that we haven't even decided to purchase. Awful business practice. The agent she wanted us to work with wasn't even knowledgeable of the area we were considering buying.
