Have equipped 3 vehicles with systems and was very happy with them until today. Purchased a remote starter from them and the lady informed me that I would need another piece of equipment for $90 to make it work. Purchased it and didn't need that equipment and she informed me there is nothing she can do about it. Won't recommend them if they're selling people unnecessary equipment
