We purchased a brand new 2026 Ford F150 in June. Since then, the vehicle has been in for service TWICE -- once with an oil leak and then with major Engine issues. This is all within one month of purchase. Besides the major inconvenience of having to go in for service and fighting for a Rental, it seems that Ford will not stand behind their product. We spent almost two weeks negotiating a Ford F-150 Raptor. We gave all trade-in info, made several follow-up calls, and paid a deposit to secure the truck. The dealership even placed a “SOLD” sign with our name on the vehicle. After days of excuses and delays, we discovered on Dec. 2 that they had sold the truck to someone else. Completely unacceptable and a serious failure in professionalism.

I’m very disappointed with the service at Lincoln/Ford dealership at Yonge and Steeles. after 2 years of keep getting letters from head office for recall of back camera and delaying the repair by dealership, I final brought my vehicle in for a recall, and unlike what I would expect from a premium brand, they did not provide pick-up or drop-off service. For a recall issue that was not my fault, the lack of support and convenience was frustrating and unprofessional.DO NOT recommend to work with this dealership, Lincoln service... read more
